In 2007 local businessman Larry Broseh had a vision to start a new company. Before Drill King could begin production of percussion bits for the oil and gas industry they needed a manufacturing facility.

Mr. Broseh turned to the experts at Nationwide Construction. Nationwide’s “hands on” design process enabled him and his staff to turn an idea into an efficient, durable and functional facility.

Starting with a blank slate, our designers listened and explored all options to ensure they were delivering a well thought out plan within the client’s budget. The site plan was created and examined for feasibility with the city and the company’s production needs. A custom floor plan was produced to Mr. Broseh’s specifications. He was presented a 3D rendering of the future facility. Finally, a stipulated hard bid was created for review. All of this was done before any money was spent by Drill King.

After construction began, Nationwide was there every step of the way. The building was completed on time and within budget.

Nationwide’s unique approach to the building process gave Mr. Broseh and his company all the tools they needed to make an intelligent business decision prior to committing company funds. He was so impressed with the final product that he has since used Nationwide for five more projects including the improvement of his second company, Cam Tech.
