Our Process

  Utilizing our expertise and a teamwork approach, we coordinate the Owners, Design Professionals, Project Managers and Estimators to quickly and efficiently analyze each project. We help our customers understand up front, at no cost, the feasibility of a project, before costs can get out of hand.

  First, we work with the Owners and our Design Professionals to create the basic project concept. We will produce a site plan, floor plan, elevations and conceptual estimate. As needed, we will also work with City Officials and outside consultants to quickly gather information on site requirements or limitations.

  As we move forward to understand any additional requirements and conditions surrounding the project, we will create a detailed target budget and the specific criteria and timing for a successful building experience. In this phase we will recommend methods and materials for construction, alternate design, budgets and cost savings ideas.

  Once we have all the information to move forward and agree to the costs and timing, we then coordinate all pre-construction activities and construction. Our company will coordinate all professional services for plan design, production of Construction Documents and garner all permitting as City, County or State agencies require. This includes all Architectural, MEP, Civil, Structural, SWPPP, TX Dot and Landscaping plans.

  Construction management is provided in a team approach as well, with both a Project Manager and Superintendent assigned to each project. Working with experienced sub-contractors we will schedule and deliver the building on time and within budget. The only changes that an owner pays for are the approved changes made at the owners directive.

  We utilize a complete range of exterior and interior materials and finishes to complete commercial projects for sticks & bricks, pre- engineered and structural metal and tilt wall construction. We will explore all options to maintain customer satisfaction while keeping the project in budget.

  Nationwide Construction has a pool of dedicated and talented subcontractors that meet our rigorous standards. Many have been used in some cases for the last 15 years. This demonstrates the high level of confidence we have in their abilities to reliably and consistently serve our clients. We continually monitor their performance and manage safety and workmanship through-out each project with Quality supervision.
